Indiana University Bloomington is one of the public ivy Universities; this university consistently finds itself among the top 100 United State of America universities and among the top 50 public universities.

As of 2018, the mean ACT score is 28 and an SAT score of 1276.

The University is considered a home to an extensive student program, it has a considerably 750 students organisation existing on campus and with about 17% of undergraduate students joining the Greek system.

Indiana University Acceptance Rate

The Indiana University Bloomington as a well-known public research institution has a considerable acceptance rate of 77%.

This 77% acceptance rate implies that for every hundred student who applies for Indian University admissions 77 of them will be accepted, this makes their admission process of this institution somewhat competitive.

Sat Scores Requirements

During the Indiana University application students are required to submit either ACT or SAT scores.

It has been recorded that most students who apply for admissions in this institution submit SAT scores

The average SAT composite score at Indiana Bloomington University is 1250 on the 1600 SAT scale. This score makes Indiana Bloomington University competitive for SAT test results.

The new SAT score for the 25th percentile is 1150 and the new SAT score for the 75th percentile is 1360. In other words, an SAT score of 1150 is below average, and an SAT score of 1360 will place you above average.

Admission Chances

Indiana University Bloomington for the records accepts more than 3/4 of students who apply for admissions on a yearly basis, consequently they have a slightly selective admission process. If your ACT or SAT score and CGPA falls among the school’s average ranges then you have a better chances of being accepted into the institution.
It is important that you be bear in mind that almost half of students who gain admission each year are from or within the Indiana state.
